Cancellation Policy

Date changes must be made at least 14 days before your check-in date.

There are no refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date.

Reservations of 1 to 7 nights:
Cancel Fee = 1 night at the booked sites nightly rate.
Reservations of 8 to 14 nights:
Cancel Fee = 2 nights at the booked sites nightly rate.
Reservations of 15 to 21 nights:
Cancel Fee = 3 nights at the booked sites nightly rate.
Reservations of 22 to 28 nights:
Cancel Fee = 4 nights at the booked sites nightly rate.
Reservations over 28 nights are subject to monthly cancellation terms.

Examples:
3 night reservation cancelled more than 14 days before arrival:
Cancellation fee= 1 nightly rate. The remainder is refunded.
8 night reservation cancelled more than 14 days before arrival:
Cancellation fee= 2 nightly rate. The remainder is refunded.
15 night reservation cancelled more than 14 days before arrival:
Cancellation fee= 3 nightly rate. The remainder is refunded.
22 night reservation cancelled more than 14 days before arrival:
Cancellation fee= 4 nightly rate. The remainder is refunded.
7 night stay is cancelled 13 days before arrival: no refund.

There are no refunds on cancellations made within 45 days of your check-in date.
A refund will be issued if cancelled more than 45 days before your check-in date, less a $250 fee.
Date changes require 45 days notice. If dates are changed, your site number may change to.

No refunds or credits for early departures or late arrivals.
Reservation dates cannot be shortened at check-in.
Full payment is required for 1 and 2 night reservations.
A 50% deposit is taken on reservations over 4 nights.
Full payment is required if a reservation is made within 14 days of arrival.
Long Weekend bookings are paid in full and non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to original dates. If dates are changed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations outside our control; weather, vehicle issues, ferry delays, illness, etc.
Reservations and deposits are non-transferable.
