Cancellation Policy
Long weekend reservations are paid in full and are non-refundable, credits will not be issued.
Daily Reservation
- There are no refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date.
- A refund will be issued if cancelled prior to 14 days from your arrival, less a $25 fee.
Weekly Reservation
- There are no refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date.
- A refund will be issued if cancelled prior to 14 days from your arrival, less a $50 fee.
- $50/per week. Examples: If you booked a two week stay, the fee would be $100. If you booked for 1 week and 3 days, the fee would be $75.
Monthly Reservation
- There are no refunds on cancellations made within 45 days of your check-in date.
- A refund will be issued if cancelled prior to 45 days from your check-in date, less $250 fee.
- Date changes require 45 days notice. If dates are changed, your site number may change to.
- Full payment is taken for 1 and 2 day reservations.
- All reservations require a 50% deposit or minimum of a 2 night stay.
- Full payment is taken if reservation is made within 14 days of your arrival.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Date changes can only be made 14 days prior to your check-in (daily/weekly only).
- Date changes to a monthly booking require 45 days notice and can result in a site change.
- Refunds are only given on original bookings. Once dates have been changed, the deposit is non-refundable.
- No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations that are outside of our control; weather, vehicle issues, ferry delays, illness, etc.
- Deposits/reservations are non-transferable.
