Cancellation Policy

Daily Reservation

There are no refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date.
A refund will be issued if cancelled prior to 14 days from your check-in, less a $25 fee.
Date changes must be made at least 14 days before your check-in date.

There are no refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date.
A refund will be issued if cancelled prior to 14 days from your check-in, less a $50 fee.
$50/per week. Examples: If you booked a two week stay, the fee would be $100. If you booked for 1 week and 3 days, the fee would be $75.

There are no refunds on cancellations made within 45 days of your check-in date.
A refund will be issued if cancelled prior to 45 days from your check-in date, less $250 fee.
Date changes require 45 days notice. If dates are changed, your site number may change to.

No refunds or credits for early departures or late arrivals.
Reservation dates cannot be shortened at check-in.
Full payment is required for 1 and 2 night reservations.
A 50% deposit is taken on reservations over 4 nights.
Full payment is required if a reservation is made within 14 days of arrival.
Refunds apply only to original dates. If dates are changed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations outside our control; weather, vehicle issues, ferry delays, illness, etc.
Reservations and deposits are non-transferable.
