Policies
- Max of 2 Adults/2 Pets per monthly site
- RVs and Vehicles must be insured
- No permanent structures allowed (Decks, Fences, Sheds, etc..)
- No site alterations allowed
- Outside appliances are not permitted (Fridges, Freezers) *BBQs are permitted
- 1 pop-up gazebo per site, max 10ft x 10ft (no hard top, not to be used as storage)
- RV skirting must be approved prior to intalling. Only vinyl skirting can be approved.
- No Tarps
- Site must remain clean and free of clutter
- Sewer connection must be air tight (90-degree elbow)
- We do not accept personal mail
- Packages can be delivered to your site (Purolater, Fedex, Amazon, etc.)
RV Requirments:
15 year age limit on RVs staying on a monthly basis.
All RVs staying on a monthly basis must be approved and remain in good condition.
We do not accept tiny homes, park models, school buses or conversions.
Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels and Motorhomes only on a monthly basis.
Please note:
Cape Lazo RV Park reserves the right to deny accommodation to any person whose RV unit is deemed to be unsuitable for the park. You can be asked to leave at any moment, for any resason. Park staff will enter the sites from time to time without notice for maintenance and landscaping.
Amenities
All sites will have Sewer, Water and Power hook ups in your site.
WiFi: We provide free Wifi to all sites in the campground, for all your devices at no extra charge. If you would like your own personal internet, you can arrange with Shaw for your own modem, which would be billed to you separately.
Laundry: Coin Operated Laundry, $3/wash and $3/dry
Hot Showers: Private, clean hot showers are provided, $1/4min
Cable TV: If you would like to have cable tv, you will need to contact Shaw cable directly. This is a third party service between the guest and Shaw cable.
Propane: We recommend going to Costco to fill your propane tanks, which is only a short drive from the campground.
The Ocean: Yes, how could we not list this under amenities! Located within a minute from any site in the campground. Enjoy your morning coffee on the quiet beach, also a great place for a peaceful walk. Lots of neat treasures to find and beautiful views to see!
Cancellation Policy
A fee of $250 will be charged on any monthly site cancellations. If cancelled 45 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded. No shows will be charged the full amount outstanding. Date changes are not permitted for a monthly reservation.
