General Policies
You must have a reservation prior to your arrival
You must register in the office before occupying a site
Max of 6 people per site (4 adults max)
No parking in empty sites
No tenting
RVs and vehicles must have valid insurance
Pets
Max of 2 pets per site
Must be kept on leash at all times
Never leave pets unattended outside
Pets waste must be picked up immediately and deposited into a garbage bin, waste bags are provided.
Aggressive and/or noisy pets will be asked to leave immediately
We do not have an off leash area on the property
Guests
No large gatherings
All guests must be gone by 10pm
Parking for guests can be arranged at the office
You will be responsible for paying for damages caused by your guests
Noise
No loud music at any time
Quiet time is from 11pm to 8am
Please respect your neighbours
Generators are not permitted
Sewer
You must have an air tight sewer fitting
Sewer hoses can not be placed directly into the hook up
Sewer support recommended
Fires
Wood fires in sites are permitted from May 15th to Sept 15th ONLY, this is a Town of Comox By-law
Propane fires are permitted year round, until 11pm (Quiet Time)
Wood fires are permitted in the pavillion fire place from 8am – 10:30pm year round
Firewood is available for purchase from the office
*Not all sites have fire pits*
Arrival/Departure
Check in time is 1pm. Please call ahead if you are needing an early check in
Check out time is 11am.
We do not accept check ins after dark without prior arrangements made.
Upon arrival, please come into the office before going to a site.
Sites
No pools or hot tubs
1 pop-up gazebo allowed (no hard top, 10ft x 10ft max)
No tenting
No utility trailers
No boats
